More - The Letting Centre opened in 2004 and was created by two of the Isle of Wight's longest serving specialists in the residential lettings field.  

Guy Boorman (far left) and Leon Gully (far right) aim to offer an unrivalled personal and professional service to all clients whether landlord or tenant.  Guy has worked in the lettings industry on the Island for over 16 years during which time he has gained an excellent reputation for delivering a personal service that exceeded most peoples expectations.

Leon met Guy whilst working for a national letting organisation and he too became well known for his own high service standards, prior to this Leon was employed for nine years as manager for the award winning Seaview Hotel which achieved many national accolades for exceptional service. 

Both Guy and Leon are A.R.L.A. (Association of Residential Letting Agents) trained and qualified and are individual members of that respected organisation with the company itself also being a member firm.  The decision to create a specialist agency unaffiliated with any estate agency group came about as a result of the fact that the pair were becoming more and more aware of instances where incorrect information regarding letting was frequently being given out by persons unfamiliar with the technicalities of tenancy legislation. 

More are able to provide landlords with somewhere where the focus is purely the rental market rather than it being a sideline to another business, which can often be the case with some Estate Agents who offer a letting service.
