Set up by Co-Directors Guy Boorman and Leon Gully the company has gone from strength to strength and now comprises of a team of 8 dedicated letting staff who have over 90 years combined experience in the lettings industry. The day to day running of the present operation is carried out by Manager Daryl Harrison who has a wealth of experience in the lettings industry and has been with the company since 2006.
Since it’s initial creation and growth More purchased the former Groundsells Estate Agents lettings portfolio in 2019 and merged their operation with the Marvins Estate Agency rental business in 2020 ultimately creating one of the largest and most well-resourced letting operations on the Isle of Wight.
More – The Letting Centre are completely independent and are solely dedicated to the residential letting market ensuring that any advice given is unbiased and based solely on local market knowledge and experience. We do however have many local and national links to help ensure that your property receives the maximum exposure it needs when marketing.
We are proud to be members of ARLA Propertymark (The Association of Residential Letting Agents) and have staff that have been trained and qualified individually via ARLA’s industry affiliated qualification program.
